In between these positions, I helped on the family dairy farm, milking cows, cleaning equipment, feeding, etc until the dairy ended (we sold milk to Prairie Farms Dairy). I have also worked for local veterinarians in small and large animal practices.

I have completed all tasks given to me, some with but most without direct supervision. I take meticulous care in posting payments and keeping detailed information to customer's accounts; kept correspondence concise and clear; am prompt in work-related tasks as well as being on time to the job. An employer needs to know their employee is interested and cares for the job at hand, that comes from a strong work ethic. This also lends to the power of being diligent and able to follow-through with commitments and assignments. I have learned that the key to good communication is the art of listening well and responding to the situation and not to the emotion. My experiences with the public as well as professionals in the tri-state area has taught me that showing kindness and treating everyone with dignity and respect nets positive results, and people know my word is trustworthy.

I believe the art of conversation has been gravely overlooked and customers need to know I care for them.
