Dave is a results oriented technical professional with extensive experience with multi-million dollar complex projects for the construction, military, and oil and gas industries with recent Department of Defense and NATO Secret Security Clearances. Mr. Bainbridge has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry both in management, as an owner, and as a technician, with over 10 years of experience managing DoD construction and maintenance projects. His knowledge of POL systems and construction management began as a Maintenance Engineer at the second largest refinery in the United States developing truck, rail and ship loading and unloading points.
