Energy Management using Six Sigma applications and tools

Considered the air handling unit of one of the buildings that belong to the university for which power supply is from the Kent State University power plant. Investigated the temperatures of the air handling unit and measured its performance using some tools of Six Sigma, for which the platform used is MINITAB Physics of Failures and Degradation of Solid Oxide Fuel Cells

Worked on degradation of ceramic material of the solid oxide fuel cell that is under heat at a temperature range of 8000c-10000c. Used the concept of Physics of Failures to find how reliable the ceramic fuel cell is Mechanical Characterization of Aluminum and Fly Ash MMC

Studied about different types of aluminum metal grades and accordingly how these graded aluminums are used in various fields. In this study, Aluminum is melted, to which magnesium and fly ash is added simultaneously at different percentages to understand the variation of hardness INTERNSHIPS

Intern for materials testing at Raghavendra Laboratories, India, where I have learnt the microstructures of the materials that are included with various composites

Intern at Chowdary Industries on specimen design using CNCs and Lathe machines where I have learnt how many types of CNCs are available along with their usages. Using Lathe machines, I have made different types of threading by angular cutting of the material
