Specifically, this project will verify the identity of the alternate caller using Fraud Risk Management policy to ensure that they are empowered to execute the requested service. Project Summary: The WSP (World Service Portal) “WS13 WSP Change Billing Cycle” project will continue in the development of a global servicing portal for all American Express Call centers. Specifically, this project will enable viewing and changing the billing cycle for all Consumer and SBS/OPEN products in the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. The project will create the ability to view and change the billing cycle, add an automatic account note, capture Contact History, trigger a confirmation letter to the Card member (if market applicable), as well as eliminate market friction points/opportunities in the cycle change process. Responsibilities:

Manage teams across multiple geographic locations, releases and projects.

Provide input from a testing perspective to the release’s and project’s schedule plan.

Create and maintain the overall release and project specific test strategy and scope that include the types and amount of testing based on resource capacity and skill set along with adhering to testing standards.
