- Operated the Karl Suss Mask Aligner, for high alignment

accuracy, and sophisticated exposure optics. Raw wafers were

being process on this stage to create a circuit patterns. Every

procedure in this level is very critical as it will affect the whole

process if human negligence is not prevented. High risk of UV

exposure due the UV rays emitted from the mask aligner.

- I have conducted statistical process control(SPC)

for every processed wafer before proceeding

to the next process to ensure quality of products

meet the requirements.

- Conducted failure analysis and debugging on the

suspected wafer outputs.

Tab Bonding (Die bonding), is a process that places

bare integrated circuits onto a printed circuit board

(PCB) by attaching them to fine conductors in a

polyamide or polyimide film.
