Performing general service on all foreign and domestic vehicles, as well as some Tech work such as alignments, tune ups, and flushes, but I mainly focused on all tire work, I am proficient in mounting and dismounting all types of tires, as well as tire repair.

By my departure from the Club, I attained two raises, had advanced to team leader trainee for the tire and battery department from just a cashier position. I became proficient in all tire sales and tech duties, as well as how to open and close the shop successfully. I was also the leading salesperson on the cash register for upselling credit cards and upgrading memberships.

I completed my training for FOH at Olive Garden which in turn also finished up my full restaurant training. I am now a well trained BOH employee, knowledgeable in all safety and cross contamination prevention guidelines. With cooking experience from fast food to full-service restaurant experience. I also became a very proficient at serving large parties as well as doing a speedy lunch style of serving techniques. My duties included greeting the guests with a bottle of wine, offering free samples and possibly upselling any alcoholic beverages they would like, promptly bringing their beverages and appetizers and also upselling desert after their delicious meal. Closing all my tables with a big smile and a sincere appreciation for allowing me to be their server for the evening bringing an authentic Italian experience to an end for the night. Afterwards I would have my side work as well as help any service partners that I would have for that shift.

3.20 was my GPA, I majored in Engineering at first but then switched to Fine Arts after Freshman year.
COMMUNICATION
During the time that I worked at Kirby Vaccums(direct sales): I became top dealer in the region, in return i got to do some of the morning meeting training as a result of this i attained experience in a leadership role with a large group of people.
LEADERSHIP
I usually very quickly become the leader in any restaurant work, whether it be FOH, or BOH. I also used to work as a team leader right before I left both Sams Club and Kirby vaccums. I also used to be an employee council member, in which I reported directly to the Regional Manager various restaurant necessities or employee work ethic and hiring.
