Implemented several safety polices, in four

years we went from averaging 8 lost time

accidents a year to just one lost time lAst year I was there.

molding plastics production m. Held daily

meetings with shift supervisors. Collected daily

quality and production sheets to ensure all meet

customer standards. Handled all customer

program where accidents where down more

Leading a slurry pump rebuild shop of 15

employees. Ensure all phases of rebuild meet

customer specifications. Held daily production

meeting so employees knew assignments for

the day also held weekly safety and quality

meetings. Covered for supervisor and any

position as needed. Verified time sheets. Did

safety investigations. Improvements in

production by helping employees see how there

work effected the outcome of the product.
