•Electromagnetic centrifugal Casting (EMCC) was implemented in our pig casting process on the refinery floor. (Continuous improvement Kaizen)

•Managed 2 blast and 2 reverb furnaces and implemented a dashboard to look at production trends on off shift production.

•Managed refinery floor for hog and pig casting. Refined metal to industry specs using various reagents. Slow crystallization using chillers and coated preforms.

•Managed 1 Major and 2 Minor maintenance turnarounds. (Brick furnaces twice a year)

•Negotiated 2 Steelworkers union contracts and was the grievance committee chair.
