Utilized my process engineer background to interact with the molding and tooling departments to improve quality/ standards. Assisted with the companies move to a new facility located in Mexico.

Fit-LINE, Inc. Santa Ana, Ca. (2012-2014)

General Manager- Responsibilities include running day to day operations including the manufacturing of the companies proprietary line of custom hi- tech fittings to support the Bio-Tech, Semi-Conductor and Ultra-Pure Water industries. Responsiblilities included day to day interaction with the tooling, production, and maintenance personal to maintain and improve efficiencies on the manufacuring floor. Maintained the companys value added Class 6 clean room. Improved company production and sales output by over 15%. by utiliziation of new in-house procedures and automation.

Wild Injun Products-Laguna Hills Ca. was instrumental in the placement of the companys main product “ Ball Cap Buddy” transition from a mail order supplier to the mass merchandizing marketplace> Wal-Mart, Target, Sam`s Club and many other retail establishments throughout the USA and Canada. Also, introduced and sold retail products in Japan, Germany and Australia. Outsourced the companies tooling and interacted with custom injection molders and tooling sources to maintain the flow of the companies main product and inroduction including the design, tooling build, molding and assembly of new products.

Created and re-designed 3.5 oz. plastic thermoformed disposable dental cup that was sold to the dental industry. Main client was Henry Schein Dental.

Consultant that re-engineered the companies dormant line of proprietary products ( storage totes, organizers, etc..) to sell to the mass-merchandizing marketplace.
