- Issued and championed ECR/ECN for both salable products and assemblies.

- Managed itemized quotes for tooling by working with Purchasing and Cost Accounting groups.

- Issued CAPEX/POs for the projects; New tooling, purchased components, and end-of-line test

equipment.

- Reworked 3D CAD models to meet OE PPAP criteria (many high volume service products were 2D

drawings)

- Ensured CAD assemblies were DFM/DFA for Industrial Engineers to implement on the production floor.

- Received PPAP samples from tooling suppliers and component suppliers. Sent items to Metrology

and test lab for verification. Signed off on PPAP samples and approvals from the OE or Tier-1 suppliers.

- Arranged product scheduling for product builds.

- Worked with IE's and wrote production line Work Instructions and trained line workers for 1st & 2nd shifts.
