Direct observation-keen observant on the neurological status of patient and report immediately to resident physician on

Physical examinations-identifies relevant signs and symptoms that will contribute in establishing a diagnosis.

Knowledge of the different laboratory procedure and its normal values and report to resident physician abnormalities

noted.

d) Must be skillful and able to perform the following:

Insert IV fluid and blood extraction when arises under supervision of a physician.

Use of equipment for cardiac monitoring and respiratory assistance such as: MA1, IPPB, Respirometer, peer, etc.

Able to take 12 lead ECG.

Must know to set up oxygen-compresses air in the absence of auxiliaries especially in emergency situations.

2. Maintains/ establishes good working relationship with other personnel.

a) Willingness to do tasks delegated by charge nurse and acts for them when so delegated.

b) Assists physician in diagnostics procedures, therapeutic and palliative measures.
