2015 – 2016 BlueCross and BlueShield of Florida: Contract: Constantly providing excellent customer service. Attending appointments with prospects and clients to deliver sales presentations and provide client services. Interviewing prospective clients to obtain data about their healthcare needs while customizing insurance programs to suit individual clients and drive sales. Delivering and explaining policies to analyze insurance programs and suggest additions or changes. Leader in sales and application generated.

2014-2015 Convergys (Apple Care Support Team): Performed in depth troubleshooting for technical issues involving the Mac OS and iOS operating systems on various apple products including Mac, iPhone, iPod, iPad, Apple TV, Apple ID, iCloud, and iTunes issues and Apple displays. Had extensive training on Mac OS X, iOS 8, 7, and 6 including network integration and support for Windows OS 8, 7, and XP and Microsoft Office for Mac 2013, and 2011, which included Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Supported MS office software such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word and also native CSX applications. Also supported EDI document software dedicated to the ANSI X12 standard.

1997- 1999 UF Health Shands: Contract: Tier 1 Desktop Support Technician. Worked for UF Health Shands Hospital as a desktop support technician. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve Pc client hardware and software issues called in from nursing stations and other client desktops throughout the hospital. Helped in the deployment of new computers and software in a hospital wide rollout.

1994– 1997: Security Travel: Telemarketing Manager. Managed a staff of 12-20 telemarketers, selling Bahama vacations in a one call close environment.
