The company was floated as a joint venture with Malaysia based UMW group in the year 2007. The seamless pipe mill has a capacity of 300,000 Metric tons per annum. We make products in sizes ranging from 4.5” OD to 14”. United Seamless Tubular (UST) is API licensed company. Responsibilities:

Preventive maintenance, Breakdown maintenance.

Solving Hydraulic & Pneumatic problems, Reading hydraulic circuits & servicing valves.

Troubleshooting breakdown problems.

Erection & Commissioning of mill machinery & reading of Engineering Drawings.

CNC Machine servicing.

Servicing (Gear boxes, hydraulic cylinders, pumps-vane pumps, gear pumps, screw pumps & general spares).

Handling of Fabrication works as per requirement in machinery.

Maintaining of man power (fitters & machine operator). EDUCATION PROFILE

• Completed Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Sri Vaishnavi College Of Engineering, Srikakulam affiliated to JNTU Kakinada University in 2014 with an aggregate of 71.56%

• Completed Intermediate (M.P.C) from Sri Chaitanya Junior College, Srikakulam in 2010 with an aggregate of 84.3%.

• Completed 10th class from St Judes Public School, Srikakulam in 2008 with a percentage of 70%.
