Project
Tennessee Rural Partnership: During my first Family Medicine rotation, I sought to improve rural patient health through diet and exercise education. I created a pamphlet targeting those patients interested in weight loss or improved overall health. I reviewed the information with these patients and addressed their questions during patient encounters. Approximately half of the patients who received pamphlets were response to the information and discussion.
