Reported to the Chief Administration Officer, I joined ASTAD and played a key role in managing the setup of the HR Department.

Managed the transition of the Recruitment and Manpower department from Qatar Petroleum to be fully independently operated by ASTAD.

Managing the day to day manpower planning and talent acquisition department.

Contributed to the HR Management team in setting up the HR Function, I played a generalist role participating in the review of policies and procedures, advised employees on new compensation and benefits packages, managed the transition of all employees from QP to ASTAD.
