Eastman Chemical Company – Kingsport, Tennessee

Contact for Customer Service Representatives concerning customer orders. This included creating new customer masters

(accounts) in the system. Changing existing accounts, due to physical relocation, accounts blocked, merger and

buyouts. During merger or buyouts, advising them and also consulting credit on correct process to use. Each merger or

buyout decision depended on many factors on how to proceed with old customer accounts and the new customer accounts to

be created.

Helped Customer Service Representatives troubleshoot why their account for a customer would not process in the system,

when they received errors.

Was contact for system analyst to test new upgrades to SAP R3. Also worked with him on any issues that occurred with

other Customer Master Coordinators and discussed with them the issue and if needed informed the other co-workers of

existing issue that occurred, without listing Customer Master Coordinator's name.

Created and updated all training material for our group and updated the documentation on our team site. This including

training a new Customer Master Coordinator or training them on new upgrades for our new processes. Trained Customer

Master Coordinators for North America, Asia Pacific, Latin America and Europe. Training for Asia Pacific was normally at

9:00 pm. I connected by video conference to share documentation, R3 examples and answer any questions. Also trained all

new Customer Service Representatives of our processes and also when any of our process changes, that would involve them.

Audit contact and did monthly random audits of all of our work to confirm all processes were followed. Quarterly, I met

with internal and external auditors.
