Business Development -Account Management

1.Develop new business relationships by presenting potential clients through direct communication in face to face meetings, telephone calls and or emails and provide direction, guidance to the Department to ensure alignment with the Company’s strategies.

2. Establish a communication link with all Department Head and illustrate the organization functions, objectives and increase Company’s involvement with existing clients and to serve as lead facilitator both internally and externally to further develop a multi tier relationship with clients’ projects.

3. Develop the corporate brand strategy, manage marketing tools and collateral for existing and new clients, and implement business models so as to create new ventures and forecast long and short range market potential for Management’s analysis, adopt a hands on approach in monitoring the implementation and execution of marketing programs.

4. Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with the company strategies and operations, examine risks and potentials, estimating needs and goals and closes new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, integrating contract requirements with business operations.

5. Conduct market competitive research, paradigm shifting technologies, new market trends and development through guidance from the marketing function, identification and launch of innovative

product opportunities, technologies and markets to achieve all organization objectives and to documents new technologies which may assist in the growth of the Department.

6. Develop business models for the technologies which include projected sales, penetration, potential market, gross margins, risk analysis, business feasibility and actively and successfully manage the sales process, lead generation, credentials pitch, asking questions, solution pitch, negotiation, close and handover to the account management team.

7. Identify trendsetter ideas by researching the industry and related events, publications and announcements. Track individual contributors and their accomplishments, screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.

Providing technical and administrative directions, evaluation, training and coaching to project control team.

Project Control Manager / Project Operation Manager


Responsible for delivery of Project within agreed target of Project budget, Schedule & objectives.

Monitor & Control local & global contractors of Project.

Responsible for Preparation of tender documents, Specifications &procedures for Offshore & Onshore facilities.

Ensure the engineering works are performed in accordance with contract documents, Project specifications and required quality.

Responsible for Quantity verification and control for projects undertaken by EPCM.

Ensure smooth coordination with EPC contractor project engineer to make that project execution takes place within budgeted time and cost.
