Supervised daily warehouse and material process operations to ensure that the proper quantity, quality and mix of inventory was processed, available and introduced into the production process as the production schedule demanded.

Managed inventory, processed items in anticipation of production needs and consulted with the lab to find appropriate substitutes when necessary.

Led a team of 10-14 production associates, monitoring their daily work performance, and providing both initial and ongoing training. This included conducting both production and safety meetings.

Delegated manpower and ensured that cost was kept within set parameters.

Addressed and resolved issues dealing with production, personnel, discipline and maintenance.

In 2004, was appointed to the field leadership team for the field of Russia. The leadership team adapts organizational policy for operations in Russia and oversees all the branch offices in Russia. As such, it is tasked with overseeing the above plus fulfilling the following functions:

Keeping abreast of NGO activity in Russia along with new laws regulating their existence and activities.

Revising organizational policies and procedures in response to changes in local and federal laws and regulations.
