Quality Control Manager

Upgrade & manage a new Quality Control program to meet PCI standards, design & install new lab, hire & train new Quality Control staff, manage & oversee the inspection of materials.

Test and guide the development of high performance concrete mixes to be used in architectural concrete panels.

Test and guide the development of high performance concrete mixes to be supplied by local ready mixers for use in prison cell modules prior to module production.

Developed & managed a new Quality Control program spanning as many as 4 project sites running simultaneously around the country, including Tapachula Mexico each consisting of its own Quality Control staff.

Managed & guided project based Quality Control staffs through unannounced PCI and other outside entity inspections with passing scores.

Directly oversaw and trained personnel to oversee the erection of modules at the secure housing facility.

Direct and control major assets to be used on project sites around the country, including but not limited to logistics, maintenance, certifications, and equipment erection.

Production Supervisor (2/91-6/93)

Relocated to Pittsburgh to open a satellite casting facility producing box culvert for the Pittsburgh International Airport & two expansions of the Pennsylvania Turnpike later producing two large and three smaller prison cell projects.

Supervised 20-40 men in daily production of box culverts including mold stripping, set up, pouring and finishing.

Plant Manager (6/93-10/95)

Managed the facility employing 40-70 men through five Supervisors including reinforcing, production, finish, yard and mold setup.
