NYCDEP Water Treatment Plant Project

Manage the scheduling logic interface between client, resident engineers, construction firms, and contractors to meet schedule deliverables, contract consent orders, and milestones for one of the biggest construction projects in NYC, East Side Access.

Utilizing Primavera Project Planner, Digger, Word, MS Power Point, and Excel 2007 in addition to the development of databases for the purpose of tracking budgets, resources, trends, and projected /actual project costs.

Managed the scheduling logic to meet schedule deliverables, contract consent orders, and milestones for a $3.4 Billion NYCDEP Water Treatment Plant project (four years).
