PROJECT 1
Title : Level controlling using plc and scada.
Duration : 5 months.
Project size : 5 members.
Role : Team Leader.
Technology used : Programmable logic circuits (PLC). Description: The main problem in industries is Automation or automatic control, is the use of various control systems for operating equipment such as machinery, processes in factories, boilers and heat treating ovens, switching in telephone networks, steering and stabilization of ships, aircraft and other applications with minimal or reduced human intervention. Some processes have been completely automated. For example the ship requires continuous monitoring and inspection at frequent intervals. There are possibilities of errors at measuring and various stages involved with human workers and also the lack of few features of microcontrollers. In this project we are controlling the parameter such as fuel level. With the help of PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and control the other devices accordingly. The main objective of this system is to control and monitor the level using PLC; it can also set the alarm to notify the operator if any of the monitored values exceeds their normal operating ranges as defined by set points.

Title : Solar tracking system using arduino
Duration : 5 months.
Project size : 5 members.
Role : Team Leader.
Technology used : Arduino software.
Description: Trackers direct solar panels or modules toward the sun. These devices change their orientation throughout the day to follow the sun’s path to maximize energy capture. In photovoltaic systems, trackers help minimize the angle of incidence (the angle that a ray of light makes with a line perpendicular to the surface) between the incoming light and the panel, which increases the amount of energy the installation produces. Concentrated solar photovoltaic and concentrated solar thermal have optics that directly accepts sunlight, so solar trackers must be angled correctly to collect energy. All concentrated solar systems have trackers because the systems do not produce energy unless directed correctly toward the sun. Single-axis solar trackers rotate on one axis moving back and forth in a single direction. Different types of single-axis trackers include horizontal, vertical, tilted, and polar aligned, which rotate as the names imply. Dual-axis trackers continually face the sun because they can move in two different directions. Types include tip-tilt and azimuth-altitude. Because these Basic knowledge on:
trackers follow the sun vertically and horizontally they help obtain maximum solar energy generation.
