I have 4 Years’ Experience as DESIGN ENGINEER At Unnati Pumps Pvt Ltd. Also I have experience as Inspection Supervisor & vendor development engineer in Same Company.

I have experience as senior sales executive at MP Udyog material trading company.

I have experience of carbon steel & mild steel products such as Hot rolled steel, cold rolled & cooled annealed steel, galvanized steel, structure material

Develop and establish quality procedures and systems for inspecting plans.

Coordinate with suppliers and customers relating to quality trends, performance and corrective action.

Sample inspection of each lot.

Daily stage inspection in the machining workshop.

Analysis the Rework/Rejection Data.

Weekly planning to vendor visit.

Create monthly documentation.

Final Process Audit and Product Audit.

Develop 2D drawings from 3D models or parts in AutoCad through common drafting standards.

Update and revise 2D drawings on changes needed by Engineers and Designers..

Manage drawing files and drawing and quality standards.

Make production schedule and plan for monthly procuction.

Look after corrective and preventive action of any problems occurred while

Production.

Reduce tool cost and other production cost by continuous improvement in

Production methods and machining methods.

Cost analysis of each job machining and material used for that and continuous tried to reduce the total product cost without Quality reduction.
