Our plant has manufacturing range from 16” O.D. to 80” O.D (6mm to 40mm) Low carbon HELICAL-SAW welded. Annual production capacity is approx. 5,00,000 Metric Ton. It is equipped with latest ONLINE/OFFLINE Welding mill & Machine with PLC, and Laser tracking system. The job consist inspection of Plate and Pipe Weld seam longitudinal & helical Weld seam by Ultrasonic testing making reports and its analysis with graphical data.It is an ISO 9001:2000 certified company and manufacturing large diameter steel pipes for transportation of Water, Gas, Oil etc. It is India’s 5th largest Industries house with an annual turnover more then Million USD.

Having Experience of Inspections at different manufacturing stages’ inspections of Line pipes like PUT, Visual, FUT, MUT, MPI etc.

I maintain production as per quality plan and maintain physical quality of longitudinal SAW pipes in visually and dimensionally.

My job involved visual inspection of carbon steel saw pipes for visual and dimensional inspection as per approved quality assurance plan.

Online updating records for various process.

I am holding responsibility to maintain all Q.A & Q.C Documents as per ISO Standards.

Also involved in the inspection of pipe by MPI method, manual ultrasonic testing With Einstein II TFT makes Modosonic India. & Real time Radiography testing.

Familiar with various codes like API 5L standard, ASME Sec. V etc.

Having effective convincing power to deal third party inspection like SGS, EIL, ITEx, IIT,VELOSI, BVIS, GLIS, etc.

Familiar with following Code/Spec./ Standards: - ASME Sec.V For NDT . ASTM, &,ISO, etc.

Responsible for interpret & evaluate results with respect to codes, standards & specifications.

Organize & report the results of NDT tests.

Conduct routine auditing on contractors project records.

Visual Inspection of Pipe Weld seam and Plates.
