Reading isometric drawings, P&ID, protocol preparation.

Ensuring work as per QAP, guiding supervision to perform work as per QAP.

Checking pipe specification class, valve data sheet and piping material selection.

Establishment of WPS and welder performance qualification as per ASME IX.

Witnessing of all NDE examination & inspection of blasting, painting.

Pipe support inspection & reinforced pad leak testing.

Dialing and leveling of rotary and static equipment checking as per GA drawing.

Responsible for review cross-sectional detail drawings and method statements, ITPs and making of inspection reports and there approvals from client and consultant.

Preparation of daily progress reports (DPRs) & updating of client billing measurements on day to day basis for the executed quantities under the projects.
