Career overview:
Currently working in the Construction Industry on one of the largest
construction site in Qatar - Lusail City in the HSE Department as a Lead
HSE Inspector. Oversee project packages, contractors and developer,
conduct site inspections and give corrective actions and monitor health and
safety performance.
Past HSE experience:
Working in the Oil and Gas Industry for Shell GTL, Ras Laffan Qatar in the
HSE department as an authorized gas tester. Main duties are; air quality
monitoring, daily inspection and verification of safety critical control
systems and ensuring full compliance with Permit To Work procedure.
Offshore, HSE officer/Medic - my main responsibilities included health and
hygiene inspection, implementation and monitoring the Heat stress
management plan, perform and review the Health Risk Assessment, Medical and
Emergency Response. Monitoring confined space entry. Reporting and doing
daily observations for unsafe conditions during rig inspections.
Remote Site, Drilling operations, HSE Supervisor/ Medic - Risk assessment,
Incident and Accident investigation, Daily site HSE supervision and

compliance with HSE regulations. Assist in developing and implementing the
HSE job hazard analysis program.
Construction, during the construction phase of the Shell GTL plant, my main

site inspection, assist and standby during hot work and confined space
activities, identify working at high activities and develop rescue
strategies. Monitor the Shell heat stress management plan; collaborate with
contractors for site HSE training and events and First Aid training.
Past Medical experience: Licensed Emergency response Technician (EMTI) with
14 years' experience, main duties - responding to emergencies and treating
