Dear Human Resources Manager,
Attached you will find a summary of qualifications that I have that I am
hoping to bring to your company. I have an extensive background in caring for the
companies I've dedicated my time and hard work to and want to continue that with
a company I see retiring with.
In 2009, I was awarded Employee of the Year for the company I previously
worked for, Accurate Home Care. I was awarded for my hard work, the time I put
towards the company, compassion for what I did every day and the customer
service I presented. When I first started there, I was hired as a Human Resources
Assistant, moved my way up to an HR Coordinator, and before my relationship
ended with the company, I was promoted to Lead HR Coordinator. I worked very
closely with the President of the Company, as well as the Director of Human
Resources, the CEO, the Director of Nursing, and the Director of Education to
ensure that all 1000+ employees were completely satisfied. I devoted a lot of time
and dedication to my positions and just recently graduated with my Associate of
Science Degree with an emphasis in Human Resources because of my experiences
that I had with Accurate Home Care.
I am a great team player, am very punctual and reliable and strive to
continuously gain more and more knowledge in the position in which I am in. I
enjoy being able to communicate with people on the phone and then meeting them
in person, which is what the majority of my position with Accurate Home Care
entailed and still currently with guests I come in contact with in the Pharmacy. I am
very genuine person and people inform me of that often.
I believe I am an asset to the Human Resources profession and hope to
pursue a career with your company soon. Since I ended my relationship with
Accurate Home Care, I focused on my family, my schooling, and my current
position as a Pharmacy Technician with Target/CVS.
If you could please take the time to look over my resume and provide me
with an opportunity to meet with you, it would be greatly appreciated.
I look forward to meeting you!
Sincerely,
Nicole Amren
