RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in developing and implementing of new dishes, menus and preparations for food presentations for Airlines and Outlets.
Assist in preparing the consumption and cost control for the department and ensure the production department operates according to the consumption and forecasted requirements.
Ensure that all departmental reports, Schedules and menus are completed accurately and punctually in liaison with the Executive Sous Chef.
Co-ordinate with other departments such as Operations and purchasing ensuring the supply and standard food received and served is of premium quality.
Inspect all food stores, refrigerated areas and equipments to comply with Hygiene, Quality and Health and Safety regulations.
Extend highest priority to customer satisfaction.
