Key Career/Projects Accomplishments

1.UFR Package EGINA FSPO Onshore Fabrication/Construction Activities: As a Client HSE professional promoted from HSE Supervisor to Acting HSE Superintendent, I contributed greatly in the achievement of over 4 million man-hours worked without LTI on the ongoing fabrication and constructions of the following structures: Umbilicals, Flow lines(water injections, production & gas export), Risers, Buoyancy Tanks, Single Hybrid Risers Piles, FPSO piles, different kinds of Flow Line End Terminals (FLETs) & Production Line End Terminals(PLEM), Subsea Isolation Valves systems, Gravity Base Arches, Lateral Bulking Mitigation Devices, Pipe work mitigation systems, SHR pile Ballast structures, Water Injection spools and Jumpers, Etc. Close monitoring of Load out and sail away operations of completed structures to EGINA Field OML 130 deep offshore where early offshore installation campaign was going on. The target was far beaten HSE, Quality, timing and within the budget.

2.OFON Phase 2 Projects, Shallow water Upgraded offshore Oil and Gas Installation: Successful HSE Supervision of offshore Fabrication, Installation, Integration, Hook-Up, Pre-com/commissioning, Shutdown & Start-up and Handover operations of OFON Phase-2 Projects OML 102 JV shallow water offshore oil and gas production platform. Over 2 million man-hours worked with zero LTI achieved.

3.AKPO & USAN FSPOs Deep offshore Oil and Gas Installation: Worked as a Client HSE Focal Point during AKPO FPSO WHRU-A&B permanent repair operation, Planned full-field-shutdown for USAN FPSO maintenance activities and later continued to work as ECP HSE supervisor monitoring USAN FSPO platform maintenance activities by Contractor on the platform until it was sold and ownership transferred from Total Upstream Nigeria Ltd to Exxon-Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited Feb., 2014. No LTI recorded in all operations

4.Onshore Drilling, Completion, Well Servicing and Work-over Operations:

Coordination and supervision of all Drilling & Completion of HP/HT Gas wells OB126, 127b, 128, 129 all tied in to existing process plant within the clusters, well IBW 06, 08 & 20 servicing and interventions, well work-over operations on well OB 90 at Total E & P Nigeria Ltd OML 58 site Obagi/Obite onshore location, Rivers State; with zero Fatality. Champions HSE initiatives like Shadow Initiative, Total 12 Golden Rules, Keep Your Safe Campaign, Drop prevention campaign, among the workforce and ensure daily implementation to operations

5.Offices, Housing Extension and Utilities Construction Projects:

Contributed greatly to over 8 million man-hours recorded with zero LTI during construction of TEPNG New French School( Now Training Center), village extension II Residential Area, Olympic size swimming pool, Massive office buildings, Gas Turbine, New Hi-tech sewage and water treatment plants, installation of over 100 meters high Telecom mask, etc.

General HSE Responsibilities & Accountabilities

UFR Package EGINA FSPO Onshore Fabrication/Construction: CPY UFR HSE Supervisor/Superintendent

Facilitates combined/general HSE tool-box talks on site.

Give HSE supports and advise to Company Site Rep on all site HSE related issues with respect to ongoing construction activities

Collate, prepare and send daily and weekly HSE site reports to CSR, HSE Coordinator, HSE Lead, HSE Managers

Ensure Joint CTR/CPY weekly safety inspections are carried out by HSE supervisors/officers of CTR and CPY

Attend/participates in the CTR / CPY Joint weekly progress meeting as scheduled.

Participates in the weekly CTR CPY Activities 7 days–Look-Ahead and JSA Review meeting, HSE committee meeting, Anomaly tracking register and open actions review meetings

Facilitates/participates in the incident investigation exercises using RCA, follow-up on the closure of all incident investigation recommendations on site and update the status of all the actions in the Synergi.

Daily HSE surveillance and monitoring of work activities at project dedicated work areas to ensure adequate HSE compliance.

Job Description:

Ensures compliance with applicable Company rules, procedures and best work practices of HSE management activities during offshore Fabrication, Installation, Integration, Hook-Up, Pre-com/commissioning, Shutdown & Start-up and Handover operations

Work in close cooperation with the Company and Contractor HSE leaders to play a key role in HSE leadership in communication, organization, inspection and survey of plant project

Assist the ECP Offshore Construction Superintendent and all ECP team onboard AKPO in the implementation of Health, Safety and

Environment standards & objectives, in compliance with MAESTRO referential, TUCN HSE MS and Company Referential during

WHRU night shift work.

Conduct with contractor, regular HSE inspection of project activities. Maintain records of such inspections detailing the findings and recommendations, to follow up the clearance of inspection punchlist items and ensure that they rapidly closed by contractor
