Responsibilities: Manage 98 instructors, 4 class schedules and 147 Group Fitness classes at 4 locations. Recruit new talent, audition potential new instructors and hire and fire them. Manage the sub board, approve instructors requests for substitutions and find substitutions when instructors no show to class. Work with outside vendors as well as attend and participate in community outreach programs and events to promote the company. Work with all General Managers to increase GroupX participation in the club and decrease cost per head per class as well as increase club attendance and decrease club attrition. Manage each class schedule by adding and deleting classes and programs to increase the overall revenue of each individual club. Attend classes and evaluate instructor performance. Host new program trainings in the club. Attend trainings to increase knowledge and education of Group Fitness trends and practices. Participate in corporate marketing strategies, online videos, local and national commercials to promote GroupX and the company. Manage online media and social pages to promote all instructors, classes and the company. Create emails, flyers, calendars and marketing materials to promote all club events within each club.
