Excellent Presentation skills with strong command on M.S Office and Project. ENGINEERING PROJECTS

Graduate Projects

Achieved 4.0 GPA in a mechanics course for excellent performance as Team Leader for a group of eight members for Super- Plastic forming simulation term project using ABAQUS. (Professor Reference available) Focus Area: Comparative study for Shell, Membrane, Solid and 2D Continuum Shell Elements and the phenomena of Creep strain rate effect.

CAD - Unigraphics NX 10:

3D modelling, assembling and detailed drafting and presentation techniques for Multi-plate friction clutch

Complete modelling of engine oil cap, and curved pipe of varying diameter. Durability – Hypermesh/ABAQUS:

Performed Fatigue analysis of chip packaging, model for viscoplastic strain-rate sensitive materials and predicated solder interconnect reliability.

Focus Area: Mesh refinement, relevant element selection, axisymmetric conditions, and extensive use of multiple tools in Hypermesh.

Crashworthiness – Hypermesh/LS-Prepost/LS-Dyna:

Did Four Crash simulation projects on front, side, roof and car to car impact, increasing of occupant safety criteria; HIC value by adding airbags and doing structural ‘what if ‘analysis (using composites/other techniques) satisfying FMVSS requirements. General CAE Projects: Stress/Thermal/Vibration/Fatigue Analysis:

Effect of material strain rate on the energy absorption of structure using energy vs disp plot to assess dynamic strength.

Coupled thermo-mechanical analysis for piston.

Thermal analysis for Bimetallic strip and implications of changing convection and conduction coefficient.

Modal analysis for different structures with MOM verification.

Fatigue analysis and correction for S-N Curve to predict fatigue life cycles of a Piston using axisymmetric conditions. Undergraduate Project

Led a team of three members for design and fabrication of an autonomous line following robot using Omni Wheels Focus Area: 3D CAD modelling on Solid Works, ANSYS Durability analysis, then complete fabrication with hands on experience on lathe, drilling and CNC operation.
