“finally, someone who has the ability to give me a simple report that has everything I need to know, and I can understand it at a glance”. I do not have a degree in business management, but I have owned business, so I get it.
LEADERSHIP
This area has always came natural to me. Growing up on a large farm and being the oldest put me in a position of leadership. By the time I was ten my father was away at college, leaving me in charge of my siblings and 330 acres of pasture, hay and a garden that was about 5 acres. We had dairy cattle beef cattle (Limousine) and horses. This was not a hobby farm.
In any position I have held, when I have been given leadership responsibilities I have excelled. Page 2
