Reclaimed coverage for policyholders of HMO. Newly created HMO was denied permanent Certificate of Authority to do business due to change of control issues, leaving 30,000 members uncovered. Attended emergency conferences and hearings, re-wrote Commissioner's decision addressing change of control issues and gained board approval.

Recaptured payments for American oil and gas interests. Consortium of nationwide oil and gas interests needed to enforce rights to overriding royalty payments covering over 1 million surface acres in Australia. Coordinated additional U.S. counsel, petroleum engineers, corporate officers and shareholders. Worked in Queensland, Australia to finalize declaratory relief.
