Responsible for the daily logistical supply management of a 250-person organization. Maintain a 17,000-line item inventory of supplies and equipment. Requisition, store and distribute logistical supplies, office supplies, equipment, vehicle parts, military clothing and associated uniform items to multiple end users. Select and purchase the most cost effective goods and services while utilizing supply economy guidelines. Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of logistical supplies purchased, expended, issued and stored. Directly responsible for the health, safety, welfare and professional development of 3 junior personnel. Accountable for logistical supplies, vehicles, facilities and equipment valued in excess of $3 million. Effectively performed these duties and responsibilities while deployed to Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom.
