Present Job Responsibilities

Handle over all Stores activities at project site of the company for multi stores high rise residential buildings.

Daily material Inspection.

In charge for issues, receipts, documentation, ware housing, inventory, stocking. Maintain inward and Outward On daily basis.

Take Stock On monthly basis and reconcile the same, inform the office about new stock.

Keep tracks of physical stock and tally with Computer records.

Receive materials take care of demurrages in transit damages and taking preventive measures for the safety of stocked goods.

Handle all materials like timber plywood, MEP materials and other building materials used in Construction Industry.

Placing Indents on Supplies / Purchase departments for the timely availability of materials.

Physical management and proper entries of stock material in stores, Conduct periodic cycle checks and stock reconsideration.

Ensure proper Documentation.

Generate daily monthly stock reports as required by the management.

Plan for Upcoming goods preventive measures and stock control.

Worked as Assis. Technical Inspector in Stores and Quality Department in Singareni Collieries Company Private Limited (Government Organization) from (Nov 1989 to June 2008) and taken VRS on June 2008.

Worked as Assis. Stores Manger in Avanti Constructions and Real Estates, Chengicharla, from (Jan 2009 to June 2015).

Working as Stores Manager in Avanti Constructions and Real Estates, Chengicharla, from (July 2015 to till date).
