Supervised a team of fifty-five skill trade journeyman level employees who were welders, cement finishers, labors, rodbusters, forklift operators, painters, and crane operators involved with all phases of production of pre-casting module shelters and other company needs.

Determined amount of concrete to purchase for each shelter production. Accurately calculating the amount of concrete required per shelter resulted in a cost saving of approximately $120 per yard less in concrete purchased amount.

Inspected quality of concrete used in the construction of equipment shelters according to American Concrete Institute standards and requirements.

Worked closely with Engineering Department to monitor accuracy of shelter drawings, if any inaccuracies were found, the drawings were pulled and revised prior to constructing shelters.

Evaluated blueprints to verify dimensions and adequacy of steel for shelters modules property prior to construction.

Worked with safety and quality inspectors to ensure shelters constructed in according with building codes.

Inspected shelters to ensure the work was up to state building codes.

New Plant Set Up 1988/2001

Selected to travel to Brazil and New Mexico to coordinate startup of a new plant. Upon arrival, served as crew manager where I trained unskilled laborers to set molds and finish concrete for module shelters, tie rebar, pour and finish cement, pressure wash and clean cement and seal concrete.
