Going into the estates cleaning up the property, and organizing items, according to rooms and particular belongings.

Setting up safety measurements to forewarn buyers of possible dangers on the estate.

Handling transactions between customers and keeping track of the financial records.

Hiring employees to help monitor the estate sales to prevent loss, stealing, and shrinkage.

Constructing an Alumni Newsletter, which updates the Alumni on projects, events, and member progression.

Organizing a stable base of communication between other members of the Council, such as President, Vice President, Rush Chairman, Scholarship Chair, Treasurer, and House Manager.
