Working as a staff nurse in a 38 bed acute medical- surgical ICU. Providing intensive nursing care to critically ill patients with varying medical-surgical diagnoses like sepsis, gastro-intestinal issues, respiratory failure who are intubated and mechanically vented, post-operative management of patients undergoing major surgeries, and patients with stroke who had undergone thrombolytic treatment. Managing hemodynamic unstable patient, including cardiac monitoring, with CVP, arterial line, ICP monitoring.

December 2002- June 2015 Relief Supervisor, Preceptor, ICU RN, Code team and Rapid Response Leader Kindred Hospital, Tucson, AZ
