Advertising and Marketing Manager July 2016 – Jan 2017 Alghanim Marine Company (Marine Instruments and Equipment) – Kuwait

Oversee the marketing campaign for the company which includes published (newspaper / magazines) and electronic (website / social media) advertising.

Review and approve all marketing and company publications such as brochures, fliers, business cards, letterheads invoice forms, and product catalogues.

Collaborate with graphic designer to ensure all company logo and promotional merchandise (calendars, apparel) meet management requirements and desired quality standards.

Work closely with various vendors and suppliers to ensure all the marketing collateral is printed / manufactured and delivered per quality and time constraints. Executive Administrative Assistant/ Office Manager June 2009 – June 2016 Alghanim Marine Company (Marine Instruments and Equipment) – Kuwait Company Responsibilities:

Perform general secretarial duties in the office including providing primary phone coverage, preparing all internal communications (memos/announcements), operating and maintaining all office equipment in good working order, and receiving and organizing all incoming electronic and postal mail.

Process company phone bills and prepare monthly payments for CEOs and staff.

Maintain all legal documents for 100+ employees in the office ensuring validities for passports, visas, IDs, residencies, licenses, and subscriptions per Kuwait government regulations.

Handle the after sale formalities for the company products (Boats, Jet Skies, and Motorcycles); starting from preparing the official documents in Government Entities, finalizing the required registrations, arranging with the sales team to finalize the selling procedures with the customers, and finally filling and maintaining full record for each and every customer.

Handle and respond to all cordial correspondences for CEOs (and family) including event invitations, weddings, and anniversaries (business and personal). Accordingly track all key dates and respond with flowers, gifts, and thank you notes when appropriate.

Process all doctor’s appointments for CEOs (and family), and keep records of all medical and dental files, and doctors inside and outside of Kuwait.
