July 2014- current Oaks Integrate Care (formerly Twin Oaks)- Children’s Mobile Response- Children Intervention Specialist- certifications on MRSS, Crisis, First aid, and CPR. Provide crisis intervention to Children and Families as well as referrals to appropriate resources.
February 2013-June 2014 New Jersey Disaster Case Manager- provide resources to assist clients in their recovery from Superstorm Sandy as well as present cases to Long Term Recovery for financial assistance.
October 2005- August 2010 Youth Case Management Team Lead/ Court Liaison.
As a Team Lead, I was providing guidance to seven Youth Case manager as well as representing Youth Case Management in court cases in which we were involved. I attended meetings in the Community with different Agencies to implement our county Juvenile Court System. I was invited to attend other meetings to implement the Juvenile Court System.
