1ST Project
Study Level: Diploma (Final year)
September 2012 to May 2013
Responsibilities
As a project leader, I led my team to achieve our target that given by our instructor. I did prepare layouts mechanical parts of my projects according to desire.
Accomplishments
I got experience in melting of aluminum and pouring of molten aluminum into molds that we prepared. we made wood patterns by using some wood working machines according to layouts, after making pattern, casting was produced.
2nd Project
Study level: Bachelor Degree (Final year)
December 2016 to May 2017(Continues)
Topic: Research on thermal degradation of BMN modern dielectric ceramic material
Responsibilities
Read all previous research paper related ceramics and got information how to perform work for making new material (BMN). Collect all information and data that we got from preparation and testing techniques.
Accomplishment
By analysis and comparing all data with previous research on other materials which have similar properties, require to some advancement, such as lead-free dielectric ceramic material to prevent poisonous effect during it processing.
Other Skills
Works safely and insists that others maintain safe practices within the assembly shop.
Very good mechanical millwright skills and familiarization with complex precision rotating equipment, including frames, bearings, dies mechanical drives, pneumatics, and basic electrical.
Ability to understand and work with precision tolerances (20 micron and less) and is capable with typical measurement/inspection techniques (feeler gauges, calipers, optical methods, etc.)
Ability to read and understand drawings and use them to fabricate and assemble equipment and tooling properly.
Fluent with computer use and software, including e-mail, Word, Excel, etc.
Good working knowledge of equipment fabrication (machining/grinding, metallurgy, heat treat and metal finishes, coatings, etc.).
Ability to evaluate individual parts and assemblies relative to detailed design and desired functionality and can feedback problem statements or provide ideas for testing and solution development.
Can inspect and analyze equipment.
Able to regularly multi-task without always having detailed instructions or technical documentation.
