Senior Legal Assistant
Prepare a comprehensive range of complex corporate, tax, real estate, probate and transactional documents. In addition, I work in a paralegal capacity by assisting with corporate formations and probate court filings, for example. Finally, I organize and manage a diverse number of special projects including the following:
Supervisory- Work in an interim HR leader capacity. Recruit, screen and hire file clerks; conduct new hire orientation. Ensure personnel files are maintained and in compliance. Assist with benefits administration.
Corporate Duties – Corporate Duties – Independently formed more than 100 business entities at the California Secretary of State level, including, but not limited to, Corporations, LLCs, LLPs, LPs and other business entities.
