Euroflex Transmissions India Pvt. Ltd., Hyderabad, India. Mar.2013-Apr. 2014

• Designed Rotor & Stator Blades for Steam/Gas Turbines using SolidWorks and obtained analysis reports.

• Worked on coupling designs to accept axial, angular, radial misalignment to imposed limited stress.

• Executed 3D solid models and developed BOM’s for finished products, sub-assemblies and components.

• Assisted in design review/enhancing, and efficiently designed product sections utilizing GD&T and machining symbols wherever applicable.

• Established DVP&R documents generated from FMEA reports before transferring to normal production.

• Manufactured the air-intake component by selection of materials which withstands high temperatures and pressures, and calculated the stress and deflection analysis using hydraulic machines.

• Tested manufactured products for quality purposes by applying Non-Destructive Test (NDT) technique for crack investigation and fatigue analysis.
