Talent Leadership – Talent Manager team representative on international water business leadership team that transformed business into globally integrated, profitable enterprise.

Staff Development and Performance – Led performance evaluation, compensation reviews, personal and career development/training, and strategic deployment of 1000+ international staff in Europe, SE Asia, Australia and the Middle East. Led selection, deployment, monitoring, and follow on opportunities for Energy & Industrial staff participation in company Leadership Development program.

Parks in Peril Leader: Cognizant Technical Officer (e.g., Technical Leader) for USAID’s $40 million Parks in Peril program, one of USAID’s benchmark environmental programs worldwide, and led expansion of program to over 30 sites in Latin America and the Caribbean.

Strategic Planning: Lead or Co-Author for USAID environmental strategies for Brazil, Mexico, Peru and Paraguay.

Trust Funds: One of the lead USAID developers for the Mexico Conservation Fund, a $20+ million endowment to support biodiversity conservation projects of Mexican non-governmental organizations.
