Global responsibilities:

Member of Benefits Outsourcing team supporting a large US based client managing their HR Benefits including COBRA, Medicaid, Active and Retiree participants, FSA, Direct Bill and multiple Health Plans, Vendor Management and Reporting.

Create and project manage training initiatives and programs. Working collaboratively across all departments and teams including the Call Center. Lead Annual Enrollment testing initiative including UAT and CAT.
