Believes in shaping the personality of today’s youth to make a new society tomorrow, committed to education, constantly working on improving the pedagogy, content, and delivery, through innovative practices of facilitating learning among young adults.
Has an uncompromising stand on ‘Integrity’ as a value, I live and expect people to completely align, their thought, words and deeds. Through ‘Culture classes’ has been working with children on building their character, the culture classes will have circle time discussions on topics of mutual interest like ‘relationship’, ‘competition’, ‘humor’, ‘rights and duties’ etc.,
Now, for more than a decade associated with institutions of ‘Kanchi mutt’, involving myself in helping many of their service initiatives, 10 rupee hospitals, old age homes, orphanages, temple upkeep etc.,
Involved in the activities of 10 schools of the Mutt, helping them in recruitment, training, and HR audit, through which I sit in their classes, observe and suggest positive changes in utilizing their resources in a more efficient manner.
I am also a part of few international societies including the one (secret society) involving in philanthropy, social service and spiritual growth.
Believes in bringing discipline through self control and personal culture, and not by creating fear through rules, self discipline will stay for the lifetime and a source of power, as against discipline through fear, which will be detrimental to the self esteem of the person.
It is important to be critically evaluating and deciding on “what is being said” rather on “who says it” and at the same time should not forget that Knowledge without faith is Tinsel.
The process is more important than the result, and if the process is perfect, then one need not worry about the result, which will automatically be good, this has to be delivered without losing values, and should take children objectively and in a non-judgmental manner.
In tune with the ICSE norms and practices, books should not be treated like bibles, instead the importance is on the conceptual understanding, the learning outcome should be shared with the learner, and the pedagogy will be in spirally incremental levels and therefore not dealt in a compartmentalized form.
Thanks to my innate nature of being objective and logical, combined with my passion and education in “Epistemology” has been a natural teacher, and over years mellowed down from being a crude logician to a complete personality, with balance between, the IQ, EQ and the SQ.
A stealth leader and synergist, I connect downward, upward, and across to design models and systems to create benchmarks in quality on running institutions that impart education, I champion, energize, and unify all stakeholders. My strength is being altruistic and idealistic and brings it to practicality through very high energy and with the help of almighty.
