Managed implementation responsibilities within a structured PMO at Optum Technologies. Coordinated activities between multiple applications and business segments with teams spread across the US and India. Transitioned from Waterfall to Agile methodology utilizing Cloud, Big Data, and SaaS technologies. Managed many different projects, highlighted by:

● The Admin Simplification project, which allowed EOBs to be automatically produced for the CAMS segment of business

● The 835 Remediation project transaction process, saving UHG millions of dollars in fines from the Federal Government
