Power Generation Contractor, AAA

Works in the construction of Balingasag 3x55 MW Thermal (Coal-fired) Power Plant Project in Mindanao as reinforcement and acted as Deputy Project Manager. Our Client is Mitsubishi Corporation (MC), the prime contractor, and we are handling the whole erection and installation of all “Electrical and I & C (Instruments & Control) Erection Works”, as a sub-contractor. The owner of the power plant is Minergy Coal Corporation (MCC). Our works cover the storage and installation of all cable trays and supports; conduits installation; cable pulling of all power cables, control cables and instruments cables and then cable dressings; termination of all cables and functionality & hi-pot testing; storage and installation of all instruments for power plant instrumentation and control systems. With the initial fire, synchronization and taking over is fast approaching,, we expedite the works on Boiler 1, Steam Turbine Generators(STG 1,2,3), Transformer Area, Water Treatment Plant, Chlorination Plan, BTG Control building, E&C Building, Coal Handling system, switch yard & others.

SC Megaworld Construction and Development Corporation (Parañaque City) With the main contractor, hired to reinforce and served as Deputy Project Manager, works on shift to manage and drive the deliverable in the completion & sectional handover of a high tech manufacturing plant construction (civil, architectural, structural steel, mechanical & electrical works) of a near-completion SUN POWER FAB4 EXPANSION PROJECT, an ECPM contract of M+W in Laguna Economic Zone (PEZA) Biñan, Laguna.

FIRST BALFOUR, INCORPORATION (Parañaque City)

With the general contractor, hired to manage the initial planning and construction preparation of a highly technical, Hollywood-type Studio Buildings of the proposed ABS-CBN 140-hectares Industrial Complex Facilities in SJDM, Bulacan. Assisted the company in preparing proposals, deliverable, models, structures, organization, scoping, estimation and risk management plan. Served as contractor’s representative in the preliminary overall master planning and design of the proposed 140-hectares ABS-CBN Industrial Complex Facilities. Participated in the weekly design coordination meetings and discussions with the Owner’s managers, Program Manager and Hollywood international Consultants, including local Consultants, Architects and Engineers. We provided the Engineering data needed for the design development, i.e. topographic & relocation surveys, soil investigation, flood study, groundwater investigation-geophysical method, perimeter fencing of the whole agricultural and hilly properties which are still being converted to industrial usage.
