HP Company Summary

As Senior Consultant, currently manages and leads FICO application team with special

reference to production support and implementation of various projects in SAP. Also works

as a primary contact point for the customer, for day-to-day issues and enhancements,

coordinating with the users and implementing the changes in the system.

As SAP R/3 specialist, is responsible for Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO) and

Treasury (TR) modules. Specializes in production support, developments, enhancement in

functionalities, modifications, integration, training and complete project management, which

includes Design and Configuration of system. In this role, self gathered and analyzed

requirements, estimated, designed, and managed implementation of medium to large-sized

SAP projects, critical to customer's business/projects.

As a key person, organized and conducted business process study to evaluate & compare the

SAP functionalities with legacy systems. Also reviewed and suggested reengineering

including prototyping, risk management, change management, prepared project plan in MS

Successfully played a key role in the rollout of Offshore Helpdesk Model for SAP

application support within HP. Objectives were – economical mode of operations to provide

their business environment.

Also instituted a common forum for users in Finance & Accounts to discuss the issues and
