Job Responsibilities on NPI field :-
. Handle NPI Releted activities on line.
. Study the customer documents which is having total information about
the product & its specification,critical porcess & critical
parameter.
. Also study the sample provided by customer & define the process flow
as per product recuirements.
. Run NPI checklist by arranging an NPI meeting before NPI.
. Prepare new documents of all stages for new products.
. Design & development of SMT Template for Tooling of pick& place
machine/ Printer.
. Set the Reflow & Wave soldering machine profiles for new models.
. Responsible for evaluating Wave soldering and Reflow soldering
parameters to make sure the set parameters are within the
specification.
. Responsible for Buyoff of Stencil,VI Template,tooling template&
different jigs Used in NPI. Preparation of qulification report of the
same..
. Prepare the NPI report & send to the Senior engineers & customer
also.
. Working also on the DFM issue for improvement of Yield & Quality of
products.
. Maintains machine programs, part definition (PD) files and machine
set-ups. Analyze machine failures, focusing on finding root cause.
Job Responsibilities on Process field :-
. Handling the process related activities on line with achieved
targeted yield & increased
qty with maintain the quality of product.
. Development & continuous improvement of the yield & quality of the
product.
. Profiling of reflow ovens & Wave soldering m/c with the help of KIC
s/w.
. Preparation of documents like- PCP,PFC,VA,WI & Parametesheet.
. Optimizes machine programs and set-ups to meet or exceed theoretical
product run-rate.
. Increased productivity by optimize the program, process & wait time
reduction.
. Development new process for production line & make changes to
exiting.
. Responsible for analyze and provide corrective actions for soldering
& other process related defects.
. Support other teams in solving manufacturing issues that may develop
