transactions within a 24 month period.
Represented borrowers in mortgage foreclosure actions and loss mitigation
procedures.

agreements, operating agreements and Merchandising contracts.
Bankrutpcy:
Counseled and prepared Chapter 7 and 13 filings for individuals and joint
filers. Estates having between 500K to 1.5 million in debt/liability.
Successfully negotiated with Trustee for the retention of certain assets
that would otherwise be sold. Drafted and filed loss mitigation requests
any all forms and documents required for the success of the filing.

young boy who lost his mother while fleeing Cuba for Miami, Florida.
Prepared legal memorandum of law from legal papers, arguments and case law
presented by each party, in addition to conducting own independent research
for the Judge to utilize in her decision to grant temporary custody of
Elian Gonzalez to his maternal family in Miami.
Law Clerk to Family Court Judge Michael B. Chavies: Managed over a 1K plus
cases that were assigned to Judge Chavies. Kept a Log and Binder of new
case law on domestic and international custody matters, marital property,
child support and spousal support, custody, visitation and paternity.
Present at all trials and hearings. Kept summaries of all testimony,
evidence and law presented in support of each parties case. Prepared
working drafts of all orders and final judgments. Planned mediation
conferences. Organized charity golf events, speeches and seminars on
behalf of the Judge.
